Mike Rice is currently an Independent Board Member at CellFE and an Auxiliary Member of the Order of Malta Western Association. With extensive experience in the life sciences sector, Rice serves as a mentor to startup company founders through the WIN Mentoring Program at Life Science Washington Institute. Additional roles include Board Member positions with Mercury Bio and a stealth mode Seattle cell therapy company, as well as being a Board Member for the Seattle Chapter of Legatus International. Previously, Rice held significant leadership roles at BioLife Solutions, Inc., where tenure included serving as both Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Rice's educational pursuits include a Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology from Augustine Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from City University of Seattle.
