Dima Chaabane has a diverse background in customer service, administrative support, and media. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Cellcom Communications since November 2018, Dima previously worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Dar Al Handasah from April 2014 to February 2018, where responsibilities included designing filing systems and coordinating video and audio conference calls. Dima also has experience as a Reporter for Sawt Al Chaab Radio, advocating for student voices at the Lebanese University, and served as a News Editor at Aljadeed TV's online department. An intern at the Institute of Palestine Studies, Dima focused on cataloguing and archiving documents. Dima earned a Bachelor's degree in Media and Documentation from Lebanese University between 2010 and 2013, and holds prior education in economic sciences.
