Tom Maglisceau currently serves as the Superintendent of Celina ISD since March 2020, bringing extensive experience in educational leadership. Previously, Tom held the position of Principal at Rockwall-Heath High School from 2007 to April 2024, managing a diverse school community of over 2,200 students and 185 staff members. Prior to that role, Tom was Principal at Dorothy Smith Pullen Elementary School from 2004 to 2007, overseeing a student body of more than 715 and 63 staff members. Tom's career in education also includes serving as the Dean of Instruction at T.C. Marsh Middle School and various roles at Highland Park High School, including Associate Principal and Dean of Freshmen. Tom's educational background includes a PhD in Public Policy and Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Dallas, in addition to multiple Master’s degrees from Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas.
