Deepak Jain has over 6 years of experience in the field of quality analysis and automation. Deepak most recently served as a Staff QA Engineer Lead at Celigo since April 2023. Prior to that, from July 2022 to March 2023, they worked as a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Clickatell. Deepak also held the role of QA Lead at Sprinklr from January 2022 to July 2022, where they were responsible for automation and enhancement of the TestNG automation framework. Deepak played a key role in optimizing API and UI automation scripts, enhancing the framework for new modules, and writing JSON parsers for the API automation framework.

Before joining Sprinklr, Deepak worked at Macquarie Group from August 2020 to December 2021 as an Executive. In this role, they automated and enhanced an inhouse automation framework using Java and Spring. Deepak created the framework from scratch, integrating it with GitLab and Bamboo for version control and nightly regression runs.

At Publicis Sapient, Deepak held various roles from 2015 to 2020, including Senior Associate Quality Analyst I, Associate Quality Analyst II, and Associate Quality Analyst I. Deepak'sresponsibilities included quality analysis and testing. Deepak also worked as an Intern from January 2015 to July 2015.

Deepak Jain obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at KL Arya DAV Public School. Additionally, Deepak has obtained various certifications, including "Learning Java Lambda Expressions" from LinkedIn, "Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner" from A Cloud Guru, "JMeter: Performance and Load Testing" from LinkedIn, "Learning Docker" from LinkedIn, and "Robot Framework Test Automation: Jenkins CI and Git Version Control" from LinkedIn.
