As the Founder and Chief Advisor of Clear Path Utility Solutions LLC since August 2015, Stephen successfully expanded the company from a one-person consultancy to over 150 employees, achieving $25 million in revenue before its acquisition by Hastings Private Equity. Stephen's extensive experience at Pacific Gas & Electric, spanning from 1977 to 2015, includes roles such as Sr. Manager overseeing a $250 million budget for the Electric Transmission and Distribution Vegetation Management program, and various positions focused on construction management and productivity analysis.
