Phil Beam, Jr. serves as the Director of Enrollment at Celebree School since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading the experience team in enrolling families into high-quality programs. Prior to this role, Phil Beam, Jr. held the position of District Director at Hot Spots Extended Care Program from November 2019 to November 2020, and worked as an Executive Team Leader at Target from July 2004 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, Phil Beam, Jr. worked as a Rainforest Tech/Herpetology at the National Aquarium from January 1998 to 2002. Phil Beam, Jr. earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Harrisburg Area Community College.
