Shawna Rafferty-Morris has extensive experience in supply chain management and production planning. Currently serving as Prototype Planner and Master Scheduler at Faurecia since January 2018, Shawna previously held the position of Inventory Materials Manager at Celadon Group Inc. since January 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Production Control Supervisor - Forge at NTN Driveshaft, Inc. from August 2004 to January 2016, where Shawna monitored supply and demand to ensure on-time delivery and prevent production interruptions. Shawna also worked as a Purchasing Specialist at Bemis Company, Inc. and in shipping and receiving at Onkyo USA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Science from Harrison College Columbus, obtained between 2013 and 2017, along with additional studies at the University of Indianapolis School of Business and Indiana University-Purdue University at Columbus.
