Irwin Hurst has extensive experience in software architecture and development, currently serving as a Software Architect at CEI since September 2011. As the owner of OWL Testing Software since January 2000, Irwin leads the design and development of the OWL software product, which facilitates oral response language tests online. Irwin co-founded Tagalong Tour in March 2014 and has previously worked as a consultant for Development Dimensions International and Management Science Associates. Irwin's earlier roles include Engineer Team Lead at Ariba, where responsibilities involved merging internal systems, and as a Software Engineer II at MediaSite, focusing on application porting and R&D in speech, image, and video processing. Irwin began the professional journey as a Developer at Eaton in the late 1990s after completing education at the International Academy of Design and Technology.
