Maiken Nyun Smitt Sørensen is an experienced HRIS Project Manager with a robust background in human resources and implementation consulting. Currently serving at Cegid since December 2021, Maiken previously held similar positions at Talentsoft from October 2014 to December 2021 and at Peoplexs from February 2008 to September 2014, where responsibilities included consulting and customer support. Earlier experience includes a role as an HR generalist at IBM from July 2006 to August 2007, focusing on employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and working conditions. Maiken holds a degree in Educational Sociology from Aarhus University (2003 - 2008) and a Bachelor in Health and Nutrition from Suhrs Seminarium (2000 - 2003).
