Jos Verlinden has extensive experience in logistics and safety management within the chemical industry, currently serving as Director of Logistics and Responsible Care at Cefic since May 2000. Prior to this role, Jos held several positions at ICI, including Group Transport and Distribution Safety Manager and European Safety, Health & Environment Manager. Jos began their career at essenscia as Transport Safety Manager and has a strong educational background, holding a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, both from KU Leuven.
