PatrÃcia Mourão has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of Human Resources. PatrÃcia started their career as an Analyst of Recursos Humanos at Empresa Grupo Selpe in 2012, where they were responsible for recruitment and selection of professionals. In 2015, they joined Precon Engenharia as an Internal HR Consultant, where they conducted processes of R&S and T&D, organized and facilitated training programs, revised remuneration policies, and developed evaluation instruments. PatrÃcia then worked at Grupo Selpe as an HR Analyst, specializing in recruitment and selection. In 2017, PatrÃcia joined Cedro Technologies as a Coordinator of Talentos Humanos, and later became the Manager of Talentos Humanos. In this role, they managed various subsystems of Human Resources, provided consultancy to the company's management, led a team of HR Business Partners, and played a key role in the development of new projects and actions focused on Employer Branding and employee experience.
PatrÃcia Mourão completed their education with an Executive MBA in Gestão de Pessoas com Ênfase em Liderança Organizacional from Live University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade FUMEC - Oficial in 2008. In addition to their formal education, they also hold certifications in Professional & Self Coaching from Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC (obtained in 2016) and as an Analista PI - Predictive Index from PI - Worldwide Brasil (obtained in 2015).
