Steven Gollmer serves as the Dean of the School of Science and Mathematics and Senior Professor of Physics at Cedarville University since August 1994. Gollmer teaches a range of subjects including calculus-based physics, theoretical mechanics, electrodynamics, mathematical methods, acoustics, and thermal physics. Prior to this role, Gollmer was a High School Mathematics Teacher at Indiana Christian Academy from August 1988 to June 1989. Gollmer holds a PhD in Atmospheric Sciences from Purdue University, an MS in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BS in Physics from Northern Illinois University, along with a BS in Science Education and Math Education from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College.
