Raquel Bruce has been with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center since August 1997, currently serving as the Service Line Team Leader. In this role, Raquel Bruce is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staffing and scheduling for interpreters and dispatchers, and providing coaching and training for new staff. Additional responsibilities include dual role staff training, addressing customer concerns, and managing translation projects and agency staffing for Limited English Proficient (LEP) and Non-English Proficient (NEP) patients.
