Dhruv Sareen is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in stem cell research and biomanufacturing. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Biomanufacturing Center at Cedars-Sinai since 2010, Dhruv has been instrumental in establishing advanced facilities for cell therapy production and stem cell applications. Additionally, Dhruv holds positions as an Associate Professor and Adjunct Associate Professor at UCLA, focusing on the molecular mechanisms of neurodevelopmental and degenerative diseases using induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Previous roles include research and leadership in the Regenerative Medicine Institute and involvement in consultancy within the biotechnology sector. Educational credentials include a PhD in Biomolecular Chemistry and postdoctoral training in Stem Cells and Neurobiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
