Shayna Lesovoy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and strategy. Currently serving as Principal Product Strategist at Blue Shield of California since August 2017, Shayna has progressed through various roles, including product management and a rotational leadership development program. Additionally, Shayna mentors startups at the Cedars-Sinai Accelerator, fostering innovation in healthcare. Previous roles include positions at CCS Fundraising and United Way of Greater St. Louis, as well as program coordination at the PJCC, where valuable contributions were made to community initiatives. Shayna holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
