William Santucci is an experienced area manager in the food and beverage sector, currently working at Cedar Point Amusement Park since March 2021. Previously, Santucci held various roles at Delaware North between February 2018 and September 2020, including Assistant Concessions Manager and Staffing Coordinator, where responsibilities included hiring and training a workforce exceeding 700 employees for Oriole Park at Camden Yards and overseeing labor cost management. Santucci's experience also includes serving as Operations Manager for Hospitality Staff from February 2016 to February 2018, where recruitment and employee management were key focuses, along with mentoring staff and managing payroll processes. Prior to that, Santucci was the General Manager at Vocelli Pizza from February 2006 to February 2018, contributing to the development and successful operation of multiple locations. Santucci earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Joseph's University from 2009 to 2014.
