Vanessa Ruiz, CHIA, is an experienced training coordinator currently at Cedar Point Amusement Park since March 2022. Prior roles include serving as front desk supervisor at Cedar Point- Lighthouse Point from May 2021 to March 2022, front desk manager at Northern Arizona University - Housing from August 2020 to May 2021, and a level 2 intern at Cedar Point Lighthouse Point in the summer of 2020, where Vanessa gained valuable experience in employee training. Vanessa began their career in higher education as a resident assistant at Northern Arizona University - Residence Life, providing support to students from August 2018 to May 2020. Vanessa's early experience includes working as a front desk agent at Cedar Point - Lighthouse Point during the summer of 2019. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University, earned in April 2021.
