Dharma Chandran currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Toll Group since April 2024, overseeing all aspects related to people, culture, and health & safety. Concurrently, Dharma holds positions as a Non-Executive Director at Macmahon and CEDA, chairing the People & Culture Committee in both roles. Previously, Dharma was Chief People Officer at Australian Broadcasting Corporation from October 2021 to February 2024 and has extensive experience as a Non-Executive Director at organizations such as 7-Eleven Australia and Mortgage Choice. As the founder and Managing Director of TripleTee Advisory since January 2011, Dharma specializes in consulting on talent issues during organizational transformations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Commerce and dual Bachelor's degrees in Laws and Commerce from UNSW, along with a leadership course from the Centre for Creative Leadership.
