David Bradford is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and litigation. Currently serving as Vice President, Secretary, and General Counsel at Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. since December 2001, Bradford oversees multiple departments including Legal and Personnel Assessment for one of the largest wholesale electrical distributors in the United States. Previously, Bradford held the position of Partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where the focus was on litigation and health care law. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Litigation at HCA, managing nationwide litigation and government investigations, and working as a Litigation Associate at Shearman and Sterling. Bradford earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and holds two Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Kentucky.
