J. Lynn Watkins-Asiyanbi currently serves as the SVP, Chief Administrative & Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at CECO Environmental Corporation, where strategic leadership is provided for Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Legal functions with a team of over 20 global professionals. Previously held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, managing a team of attorneys. Prior experience includes roles at JBT Corporation as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Ethics/Compliance Officer, at Grainger as Associate General Counsel, and at US Foods as Assistant General Counsel. Additional experience encompasses firms like Baker & McKenzie and DLA Piper, as well as an adjunct professorship at Northwestern University School of Law. J. Lynn Watkins-Asiyanbi holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and a BS in Chemical Engineering and BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
