Tim Vaughan currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Client Management at Uniguest, where the focus is on establishing a scalable healthcare client delivery team to enhance client value and foster long-term relationships. Previously, Tim held the position of Chief Product Officer at pCare, leading the development of a premier Patient Engagement Platform aimed at optimizing healthcare navigation for improved patient outcomes. Tim's extensive experience also includes serving as CEO of TruthPoint, where the emphasis was on patient-centric healthcare solutions, and Chairman of the Board at Vertical Systems, providing innovative software solutions for manufacturing and supply chain needs. Earlier roles include Management Consultant at Forward Hindsight and Director of Account Management at Navitaire, alongside a tenure as Senior Manager at Accenture. Tim holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
