John Strange serves as the Program Coordinator for the Student Transition & Employability Program at Cecil County Public Schools since July 2007, alongside fulfilling the role of CPI Senior Associate Instructor, where training on de-escalation and restraint techniques is provided for district staff. Previously, John Strange worked as a Behavior Specialist at North East High School from August 2008 to July 2011 and as the Head Girls' Soccer Coach at Annville-Cleona School District from August 2003 to July 2007. John Strange's education includes a Teacher Certification in Special Education and Teaching from Eastern Mennonite University (2003-2007), and a B.S. in Psychology from both Campbell University (1997-2001) and East Carolina University (1993-1996).
