Fabiola de Frutos Quintana is an experienced professional in the financial sector, currently serving as Directora de Diseño y Desarrollo at Cecabank since January 2013, where Fabiola has led the transformation of the bank's technological architecture to align with its new business positioning. Prior to Cecabank, Fabiola held various leadership roles at the Confederación Española de Cajas de Ahorros, overseeing the development of new channels and technology solutions for electronic banking and payments. Fabiola also served as Directora de Tecnología at Bancoval Securities Services SA, where Fabiola managed significant projects including a core banking downsizing initiative. With a strong educational background including an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Fabiola has also contributed to the banking field as a professor at the Escuela de Formación Bancaria.
