Larry Reger, ASP, CHST, currently serves as the Office Safety Manager at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. since July 2022. Previous experience includes roles as HSSE Advisor at Great Arrow Builders LLC from November 2020 to June 2022 and as Division HSE Manager at Matrix NAC from June 2012 to June 2020, where oversight included key clients and projects in the Energy, Steel, and Maintenance Services sectors. Additionally, Larry Reger held the position of Site HSE Supervisor - Manager at Kvaerner from April 2005 to June 2012, managing all aspects of HSE for the Council Bluffs Energy Center Unit #4 project in Council Bluffs, IA. Larry Reger holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Safety and Environmental Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, as well as a high school diploma from Center Area Senior High School.
