Leonardo A. Legaspi, Jr., CSP has extensive work experience in the security sector. Leonardo A. started their career in 2001 as an Intelligence Agent at the National Bureau of Investigation, where they worked until 2004. After that, they joined the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies and held various positions, including Security Services Supervisor from 2004 to 2011 and Department Manager for Security Operation from 2011 to 2015. Currently, they are the Security Services Division Head-AVP at the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, a position they have held since 2015.

Leonardo A. Legaspi, Jr., CSP has a diverse education history. In 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas. Following this, in 2002, they successfully passed the Criminology Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission. In 2003, they pursued further legal education at Adamson University, studying for a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree.

In 2005, Leonardo attended the Philippine Society for Industrial Security to complete the Certified Security Professional Certification Program. Building on this, in 2011, they participated in the Officer Development Program offered by PJ Lhuillier, Inc/Guthrie Jensen, which included a Mini MBA degree.

Continuing their studies, Leonardo undertook the Bachelor of Laws - LLB program at the Lyceum of the Philippines University from 2011 to 2015.

Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. This includes a Civil Service Examination-Professional from the Civil Service Commission in 2000 and a Criminology Licensure Examination certification from the Professional Regulation Commission in 2002. Leonardo has also completed specialized courses, such as Bomb Evasion Tactics for VIP Security through Vital Initiatives High Risk Protection Concept and Consultancy in 2008, as well as an Anti-Kidnapping and Hostage Management Course from HDFF, Bangkok, Thailand in 2014. In 2015, they obtained the Four Disciplines of Execution certification from PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies, followed by a Project Management certification from the same institution in 2016.
