Sigrid Haley is an experienced IT consultant and subject matter expert in BMC Remedy development and configuration, with a career spanning over two decades in various technical roles. Since April 2014, Sigrid has been self-employed as a consultant, specializing in BMC products and custom development for IT service management. This includes roles as ITSM Lead at SMS Data Products Group and Independent ITSM Development at CSH Consulting. Previous experience includes senior positions at Government Contractor, BMC Software, and the City of San Antonio, focusing on Remedy ARS and service desk enhancements. Sigrid also has a background in education as an adjunct instructor at ITT Technical Institute, and valuable technical support experience from Dell and Philips, alongside a solid foundation in customer service from FedEx Express.
