Prior experience includes senior project management roles at Sirius Computer Solutions, where a $230k retail client project was expanded to over $2MM annually, and Avnet Services, among others. Sharad has also contributed as a board member for the Adult Learning Center, an organization dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for adults. Sharad's technical background includes pivotal roles at Fidelity Investments as a Principal Software Engineer and at eGain Communications as a Software Developer, with a foundational education in Mathematics and Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
