Nadja Abdul Malek has worked in the field of scientific research since 2018. Nadja began their career at Lonza as a Laboratory Technician, then moved on to the roles of Junior Research Scientist and Research and Development Scientist. In 2022, they joined CDR-Life Inc. as a Technical Scientist.

Nadja Abdul Malek began their educational journey in 2013 at Kolej Matrikulasi Johor (KMJ) where they studied Biology, General. Nadja continued their studies in 2015 at Universiti Teknologi MARA, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Biology, General in 2017.
