Tina Vidal-Duart is Chief Executive Officer of CDR Health Care and Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of CDR Companies, Inc., a diversified enterprise supporting healthcare, infrastructure, and emergency response services in partnership with federal, state, and local agencies across multiple states. She has also developed personalized healthcare offerings through Valere, a women’s health business focused on hormone optimization and metabolic care.
Vidal-Duart is a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare operations, emergency response, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She began her career at Pacer Health Corporation, where she managed distressed hospitals and healthcare systems and held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development.
During the COVID-19 response, she played a leadership role in Florida’s emergency healthcare operations, including serving as the contracted Chief Executive Officer of the State of Florida COVID-19 Infectious Disease Field Hospital System. Under her leadership, CDR Health Care supported large-scale public health programs including more than 3 million vaccinations, over 4 million diagnostic tests, approximately 150,000 monoclonal antibody treatments, and more than 250,000 refugee health assessments across multiple states.
In addition to her executive roles, Vidal-Duart contributes to enterprise strategy and oversight across CDR Companies, Inc., supporting operations across healthcare, infrastructure, and emergency response services.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from Florida International University.
