Ed Martinez serves as the Corporate Chief Information Officer and Regional Chief Operating Officer for Health & Medical at CDR Companies since July 2020. Previously, Ed held executive interim roles including CEO, COO, and CIO across various healthcare organizations and industries from July 2019 to September 2020. From June 2009 to July 2019, Ed was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information & Digital Officer at Miami Children's Health System, focusing on digital innovation in healthcare. At Moffitt Cancer Center from 2004 to 2008, Ed was the Chief Information Officer, leading innovations in personalized cancer treatment. Ed also served as the Chief Technology Officer at Hackensack Meridian Health from 1998 to 2004, overseeing technology development for a major health organization. Early career experience includes a Sr. Director role at St. Frances Cabrini Medical Center from 1993 to 1998. Ed holds an MBA in Healthcare Management & Strategy from the University of Miami and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
