Richard Kugblenu is a seasoned professional in healthcare analytics and informatics, currently serving as the Manager of Healthcare Analytics at CDPHP since May 2019. Richard has previously held the position of Senior Healthcare Informatics Analyst at DataGen within HANYS from April 2017 to May 2019 and worked as a Research Scientist at the New York State Department of Health from April 2015 to April 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an Epidemiology Research Fellow with the United States Air Force and various research roles at institutions such as the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar, and the Emerging Infections Program at the New York State Department of Health. Richard's educational background includes a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University at Albany, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
