Giovanni Spada has extensive experience in customer care and training within the CAD and PDM fields. Since 2001, Spada has served as the Customer Care Team Leader at CDM Tecnoconsulting, focusing on consulting, training, managing a training team, overseeing a help desk, and providing second-level support to customers. Prior to this role, Giovanni worked at Isigraf s.r.l. as Customer Care & Presales from January 1992 to December 2001, and at Unit Team spa as a Trainer from September 1988 to December 1991. Education was pursued at ITG BOVARA Lecco from 1982 to 1987.
