Volker Schrenk has extensive experience in environmental and energy consulting, currently serving as Prokurist and Bereichsleiter at CDM Smith SE in Bickenbach since 2023. Previously held positions included Senior Consultant and Bereichsleiter at CDM Consult GmbH from 2010 to 2012, and subsequently at CDM Smith Consult GmbH until 2023. From 1999 to 2010, Volker Schrenk was Geschäftsführer for both altlastenforum Baden-Württemberg e.V. and the Fortbildungsverbund Boden und Altlasten Baden-Württemberg. Academic credentials include a Diplom in Geoökologie and a certificate in Angewandte Kulturwissenschaft from Universität Karlsruhe, as well as a Dr.-Ing. from Universität Stuttgart, where work included project leadership and groundwater remediation.
