Rachel Eggers has a strong background in quality assurance and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member and Partnership Chair at Pacific Northwest Software Quality since December 2015, Rachel volunteers by attending monthly meetings, providing strategic direction, consulting in negotiations, and organizing information. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Team Lead at UTi Worldwide Inc. from July 2011 to January 2016, Rachel managed a team of QA analysts while simultaneously overseeing an application. Rachel also volunteered at PNSQC from 2012 to 2015, offering on-site conference support and coordinating partnership documentation. Starting in September 2000 and continuing until July 2011, Rachel worked at HSBC Card Services as a Senior Testing Analyst, managing multiple projects, mentoring team members, and developing employee engagement programs.
