Paul Brady has extensive experience in product management and customer success, currently serving as a Product Manager and Director of Dealer Success at CDK Global since August 2019. Paul has effectively managed a team responsible for over 1,000 clients and $3 million in monthly recurring revenue while reducing churn to less than 1.5% by utilizing data analysis tools. Prior roles include Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at CDK Global, along with a Software Implementation Specialist position at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company. Paul has also worked as a Production Intern and Certified Formalwear Consultant, demonstrating a diverse skill set. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
