Johana Bellon currently serves as Responsable RH at Octopia since September 2020, where responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing organizational transformations, and ensuring optimal employee experiences throughout their lifecycle. Prior to this role, Johana spent over seven years at Cdiscount, initially as Chargé de mission RH and subsequently advancing to Responsable Ressources Humaines and HR Business Partner, focusing on recruitment strategies, employee development, and implementing HR policies. Johana holds a Master in Human Resources and Management from KEDGE Business School and has a strong educational background in literature with CPGE Joffre and a scientific Baccalauréat from Lycée Paul Gauguin in Tahiti.
