Katja Glass is an accomplished consultant specializing in open source in the pharmaceutical sector, currently leading Katja Glass Consulting since November 2018. As a COSA Board Member with CDISC since July 2021, Katja also holds significant roles at Bayer as an Expert Statistical Analyst and Principal Clinical Data Process Technology Specialist since September 2005, focusing on tool support and implementations for statistical analysis and data management. An active member of PhUSE since January 2012, Katja serves as the EU Connect Chair and has previously chaired Coding Solutions streams and local Single Day Events, facilitating knowledge exchange within the pharmaceutical community. Katja holds a Diplom Ingenieur Informatik (BA) from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
