Justin Goss, PE, is a Project Manager at CDG, Inc. Justin previously held the title of Senior Project Geotechnical/CMT Engineer at Shield Engineering, Inc. Mr. Goss has experience in geotechnical studies, Construction Materials Testing, IBC Special Inspections, and CQA/CQC testing and monitoring of landfills. Justin holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
