Gail Markulin is the Director at CDC Small Business Finance. Gail has over 28 years of experience in the financial industry. Gail began their career in September 1988 as the Director of Capital Markets at FHLBanks Office of Finance. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring activities and ensuring access to debt markets and for the issuance of all FHLBank debt, including relationship management. Gail was also responsible for Capital Markets research of debt markets and analysis for the FHLBanks. In July 2016, they left FHLBanks to become self-employed.

In their current role as the Director at CDC Small Business Finance, they are responsible for the development of technological strategies and systems for the successful issuance of debt.

Gail Markulin has an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA from Pennsylvania State University.
