Madison Tustin has extensive experience in content development and customer service, currently serving as an Automation & Connotate Specialist and previously in various senior content roles at ConstructConnect since September 2014, with a brief furlough in 2020. Prior to this, Madison worked at Chicago Shakespeare Theater as a Guest Service & Box Office Associate and held positions at The Signature Room at the 95th® and Evia Learning as a Concierge and Marketing Assistant, respectively. Madison also has research and administrative experience from a role at Hope College Frost Research Center and in the arts at Hope Summer Repertory Theatre. Madison earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Theatre with an emphasis in Acting from Hope College, attending from 2008 to 2012, and graduated from Plainwell High School in 2008.
