Saida Murugwa is an experienced professional currently serving as the London Region Network Coordinator at The Commonwealth since October 2021, where responsibilities include planning and executing activities for 164 Commonwealth Scholars across 20 universities and collaborating with fellow coordinators to deliver events in the UK. Prior to this role, Saida worked as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at the National Health Laboratory Quality Assurance and Training Centre from July 2017 to April 2022 and completed an internship at Muhimbili National Hospital from March 2016 to March 2017. Saida holds a Master's degree in Infections Diseases Epidemiology from UCL (September 2021 - September 2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (2012 - 2015).
