Keira Wickliffe Berger, MPH, MSN, RN, currently serves as an Epidemiologist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Since January 2023, Keira has been part of the CDC's CPR/DSLR/PIB/TAG team. In addition, since March 2016, Keira has been a Board Member and Branch Ambassador for Hike it Baby. Previous experience includes a Public Administration Internship in epidemiology with the Westchester County Department of Health, and a role as Regional Epidemiologist for the Michigan Department of Community Health from May 2013 to July 2015. Keira's nursing background includes significant roles at Johns Hopkins Hospital as an Infection Control Epidemiologist and Emergency Department RN, as well as a Clinical Instructor at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health and a Master of Science in Nursing from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology from Elon University.
