Elizabeth Courey is a public health professional currently serving as a Global Health Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since September 2023. Previously, Elizabeth worked as a Public Health Law Fellow at the same organization from January to July 2023, focusing on global HIV health workforce analysis. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes roles as a Research Assistant in the Department of Epidemiology at the University of Florida from April 2021 to May 2023, and as a Community Health Worker at UF HealthStreet from May 2020 to July 2021. Elizabeth also held positions as a Spanish Research Interviewer and a Research Interviewer with BEBR at the University of Florida from August 2019 to August 2020. Elizabeth holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Bachelor of Public Health with a Spanish Minor from the University of Florida.
