Ethel Stewart, MPH, serves as a Program Manager at the CDC Foundation since December 2021, managing program operations, ensuring compliance, assisting with budget development, and providing training to stakeholders, with a focus on harm reduction and overdose prevention. Prior to this role, Ethel held positions at the Louisiana Department of Health as a Field Support Supervisor and Eligibility Analyst from September 2012 to October 2021, where responsibilities included processing Medicaid applications and resolving data discrepancies. Ethel also served as an Automated Logistical Specialist in the US Army Reserves from March 2009 to April 2014, overseeing stock record management and inventory control. Ethel holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Louisiana State University.
