Brett Dechambre, MPH, currently serves as a Public Health Advisor at the CDC Foundation since April 2022. Previous experience includes leading COVID investigations at Northern Arizona University from November 2020 to August 2022 and functioning as a Clinical Coordinator at the University of Arizona from July 2017 to November 2020, where contributions focused on supporting care for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Earlier roles include Diabetes Care Coordinator at North Country HealthCare, where responsibilities included patient counseling and community education on diabetes management, and Assistant English as a Second Language Instructor at Coconino Community College. Additionally, Brett worked as a Parent and Community Liaison at W.F. Killip Elementary and Community Learning Center and held an office staff position at Flagstaff OB/GYN. Brett holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish from Northern Arizona University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Valencia.
