John Gerhard is an experienced Project Manager currently overseeing the Merck Portfolio at CD & Associates, Inc. since September 2020. Previously, John served in project management roles at Nexus Properties from March 2014 to September 2020, managing significant redevelopment projects such as the Rowan Boulevard Redevelopment Project, and at Allstates Mechanical, LTD, where responsibilities included managing project initiation, planning, and construction. John also held the position of Project Engineer at Nexus Properties Inc. from September 2006 to July 2010 and has experience in capital improvements from a brief stint at Starwood Hotel and Resorts Worldwide in 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Construction Management from Philadelphia University and various certifications in Construction Management from Drexel University, alongside a degree in HRIM from Penn State University.
