Thiago Zarantoniello is an experienced design leader specializing in UX/UI, currently serving as Head of Design at CCR S.A. since March 2023. Previously, Zarantoniello held the position of Design Lead at Inter, where responsibilities included the design of key financial products. A strong background in CX and UX strategy development was demonstrated at Usend, along with senior management roles at R/GA, Edelman Brasil, and Babel-Azza, where Thiago managed digital projects and optimized operational processes. Thiago has a solid educational foundation, with ongoing postgraduate studies in User Experience Design, an MBA in Project Management, and a bachelor's degree in Advertising.
