Bruce E Richards is a seasoned professional in instructional design and technology with extensive experience in both higher education and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Solutions Designer at Realizeit since April 2021, Bruce focuses on the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions for corporate and academic clients. Previous roles include Senior Instructional Technologist and Instructional Technologist at UNC Charlotte, where responsibilities involved professional development for faculty and instructional support. Bruce also has experience at Missouri State University in various instructional design roles and has provided educational instruction and training in adult education and software applications. Bruce holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with several advanced degrees in instructional media technology, business administration, and project management, as well as a bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of the West Indies.
