Debbie Cruz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Corpus Christi Independent School District, where Debbie has also held titles such as Executive Director of Human Resources and Director for Auxiliary Personnel. Prior to this, Debbie worked at Whataburger as the Director of Human Resources Systems and at American Electric Power as a Human Resources Key Account Representative. Debbie holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where Debbie also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
