Kara Mazachek Cade has worked in various roles since 2016. Kara began their career as an Intern at Eastwick, followed by roles as an Account Coordinator, Associate, and Senior Associate at Hotwire. In 2018, they worked as a Public Information Outreach Co-Op at the Federal Reserve Board. In 2019, they held the roles of Research Assistant at The George Washington University and Economic Research Analyst and Senior Economic Research Analyst at Ascendant Program Services, LLC. Kara is currently a Research Policy Manager at the Computer & Communications Industry Association.

Kara Mazachek Cade holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from The George Washington University, which they obtained in 2019. Kara also holds two Bachelor's Degrees, one in Mass Communication/Media Studies and one in Economics, both from Washburn University, which they obtained in 2016. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, Power BI Essential Training in August 2020 and Excel 2016 Essential Training in July 2020.
